FAQ :

Who can take part in the competition?
Anyone can enter the competition, except for staff, directors, and officers of the organizers, and their respective spouses, parents, siblings, and children. Submissions from both individuals and teams are accepted.

How can I enter the competition?
To enter the competition send your designs in .jpg or .png format to the following e-mail address: wsd2017@worldstandardscooperation.org (total attachment should not exceed 20Mo). Submissions will be accepted until midnight, 5 June 2017.

What are the basic requirements for the submitted designs?
Find the specifications here.

With your submission you confirm that the creation and its copyright is fully owned by you and that you have respected all copyrights of others. Any creation using copyrighted material will be withdrawn from the competition. Should a copyright owner come forward after the poster has been selected, produced or distributed, the person who has submitted the poster for the competition accepts fully liability for all resulting claims, damages and costs.

How will the finalists and the winners be chosen?
IEC, ISO and ITU representatives will choose the finalists. We will publish the shortlisted entries on this site and let the public choose the winning designs. The entries that receive the most votes win the competition.

When will the voting commence?
The voting opens after we publish all shortlisted entries.

Can I promote my own submission on-line?
Yes, of course, we strongly encourage you to do so! Please remain ethical and transparent though – spamming or misleading practices will lead to disqualification.
